Join our organizing team! 

We're looking for new Board members to join our organizing team! We are looking for 2-4 Board members for 2026 season. Please complete the form below by February 17, 2026 to be considered for nomination. 

Our event is put on solely by our volunteer Board of Directors. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and experience in nonprofit organizing in a collaborative and supportive group environment.

Folks of all skills are welcome to apply. We are especially looking for people who have some experience in:

• Organizing and community engagement

• Volunteering/Volunteer coordination

• Social Media and communications

• Project management/ event production

• Accounting/Finance

• Arts and performance

We especially welcome QTBIPOC, people with disabilities, elders, and folks from marginalized communities.
